Baby Moving 102…
That is, baby GRAND moving. As if once wasn’t enough, we realized we had it in the wrong room, and had to take all the legs off, tip it on the side, and move it two rooms over. However, it looks much better in the living room, not to mention that it won’t be affected by our wood stove anymore!
*Note the gray chair in the left-hand corner. That’s the computer chair. Now when Mom says she’s being serenaded by someone playing the piano, she REALLY means it!
In other news, today B. and I had a discussion about “ator-gade” on the way into story time, and “Rat-a-tootie,” while picking out movies. “Ator-gade” is a four year old’s version of “Gatorade.” I think she did a pretty good job with such a big word! She couldn’t quite get “Ratatouille” out, so “Rat-a-tootie” it was.
We had a grand time, my little cousin and I. Afterwards we went to McDonald’s and had chicken nuggets and hamburgers. All in all, it was a very delightful morning!
I’m almost finished with my latest sewing project, a pair of authentic stays! Pictures to follow as soon as I can.
God bless, and have a wonderful evening!
“Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comported his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.”
